Does our site appear uneven and jumbled, or have unusually large wording?

Your computer settings may not be set to be compatible with our design.

Our store is best viewed in Medium format. This is a very simple and straight forward computer adjustment that can easily be changed back after your visit.

To adjust your computer settings to view our Store in its correct format; simply go to ’View’ in your top left control bar. Then scroll down to ’Text Size’ and across to ’Medium’.

These steps should help you view the ’True’ layout of our Store and help navigate more easily.

To change your computer back to its original setting, simply follow the same steps and choose your previous sizing.

     Shopping Guide

• Click on any Category listed in the left menu. Or click on the main headings to view all products listed within that area.

• Click on each product link for Product details & description.

• All Prices within our Store are GST Inclusive (No further cost).

• Type quantity required in the qty box provided, then click Add. This will display product & price in the "Shoppe Basket" located top right menu of the Store.

• Repeat the same steps to add each product you desire.

• When finished Shopping click on "View" in the Shoppe Basket. This will display details & total product price. You can add, edit or remove products as you wish. Any discounts or specials will calculate at the final checkout step.

• Proceed through Checkout or Clear Basket to delete any or all items.

• If making payment via Bank Deposit, our Bank Account details will be displayed once chosen. If making payment via Credit Card, the Secure Paymate Payment Page will open after submitting order. (If you lose the Paymate page before making payment, simply click on the Paymate Logo at the bottom of our Store front).

• Please Note: Credit Card payments may incur an approx’ 3% charge from Paymate.

• The next page will display the Checkout Summary. This will give you a chance to view or edit your order and details once more, before submitting your Order.

• You will recieve a confirmation email and Password email shortly after to the email address you supplied when registering. Your Account & Orders can be viewed or edited at any time by loging in to the Store.

• Your Payment is required as soon as order is complete. (Please view our Payment & Delivery pages for full details).

• Any Orders that are not paid within 5 days will be cancelled.
