You can make "One time only" payments by using their quick and simple steps to guide you through their secured processing. Click on the Paymate Logo and this will take you directly to the secured payment page with our details already attached. Alternatively, this should display during the final Checkout stage.
Please Note: Credit Card payments incur an approx’ 3% charge from Paymate. If you would like to avoid any fees, Bank Deposit is desirable.
Payment Security
All Credit Card payments are processed through Paymate’s secured site using Verisign Net Security. Please notice the locked & secure ’https://" in the URL at time of making payment.
Bank Payments can be paid over the counter from any bank or via Net Banking security. Please ensure you include the correct reference number (i.e. Surname or Order #) as often Banks use their branch number, which may result in delay of delivery if we are required to trace your payment.
How will I know when my payment has been received?
You will be sent an automatic email notice from the store system to notify you when we have received your cleared payment.
DELIVERY (Shipment)
At present, we only ship non-refrigerated items. Packages are sent from Adelaide, South Australia and delivery is automatically calculated through checkout. (view our charge graphs below)
If the delivery charge does not appear, this means you may have exceeded our recorded weight (10kg Australia & 3.5kg International). Your Invoice will be modified and re-sent to you with the new delivery charge included. Please hold off making payment until your new modified invoice is received.
Our store service is conducted on an order basis, meaning we do not process your order until clearance of payment. We do not hold stock on the premises and only place orders as required.
We travel to pick up our orders from several local Suppliers around Adelaide, with some products being ordered from Interstate and Overseas. This incurs freight charges and travelling expenses. No orders will be processed or picked up until payment is made in full.
Delivery times may vary as we are required to wait for goods to arrive before packaging & dispatch. We endeavour to dispatch your order within the quickest possible time, although supplier delays can occur. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery within Australia and up to 21 days delivery around the World.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery method will be Registered Australia Post or APD Courier.
A signature will be required on arrival, so please ensure someone will be available to receive your parcel during regular business hours. If you are not home when your parcel arrives, a calling card will be left. Please contact the delivery service to arrange another suitable time for delivery or pick-up from your local postal office. We are unable to request for a parcel to be left unattended. If you request this, Insurance and refunds will not be available should you not receive your parcel. If a parcel is sent back to us due to no contact or delivery, new postage charges may apply.
Pricing includes what we are charged from Australia Post or APD Couriers; Weight, Zone, Cubic dimension (Box) charges, GST and Insurance fees. Also a small P&H charge may apply to some orders (i.e. Breakables; Jars, Bottles, bulky items etc. require additional packaging materials to be used).

IMPORTANT (Customs Info)
It is your responsibility as a buyer to make sure such products are permitted into the Country via the postal system. Before ordering, please contact Customs for information. We hold no responsibility for any items that may become confiscated and will not issue any refunds if this occurs.
REFUNDS & INSURANCE
We guarantee all items are wrapped and packaged well to avoid disappointment and ensure all products are in date, sealed and in new condition.
Refunds may be available if goods were damaged or lost during transit. A signature is required on delivery. Refunds are at the discretion of The Gluten Free Beaut e Spot and are not available on any change-of-mind items or from failure to read through ingredient information or terms and conditions of purchasing from our store.
OUT OF STOCK POLICY
All our Products are on an order basis. Meaning we do not purchase them until you do. This way we can ensure all products are fresh, in date and come straight from the Supplier.

There may be times when an item will be out of stock from the Supplier, this is unfortunate and beyond our control. We are an on-line retail distributor only and do not hold stock on the premises.
In the case of any Out of Stock item/s, we will still package & send your order, stating which product/s were unavailable on your invoice. Unless that product is due to be in stock or there’s an alternative product available, then we will contact you to see if you’d like to wait a little longer or have the OOS item replaced with another. You can receive a refund or credit toward your next order if required. Arrangements will be made on a case-by-case basis by correspondence and customers request.
If any item/s were out of stock, simply contact us with your details and we will issue a full product refund.
You can accept a refund in the form of...
1. Direct Bank Deposit.
2. Credit (toward another order).
Conditions
Direct Bank Deposit: Please forward us your bank details as soon as you receive your parcel and we will deposit the funds directly into your account within 1-3 working days. All measures will be taken to keep your information protected and private.
Credit: Please email us requesting this. It will be noted and you can manually deduct the credit amount off your next order total before making payment. If you do not deduct the credit amount we can not issue a refund, so please ensure the total amount is adjusted before making your payment.
Important: Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund to your Credit Card. This feature is not available. You will be required to choose from the options above.

We are an online business and are unable to assess individual requirements. Such as Skin Analysis, Health & Diet Examination etc. Beauty Therapists examine Skin, Hair, & Body requirements to offer the most suitable products available without reaction to a certain product or Individual. Being online, it is impossible to do this, so we recommend you know your own personal needs, allergies or conditions before purchasing any products from this site. IMPORTANT NOTE: We sell Natural and/or Organic Beauty Products, there is no claim to the Beauty products being Gluten-Free. The 100% Gluten free statement is for the food products only and based on manufacturer information. Although a majority of our beauty products contain natural gluten-free ingredients, they are not ’certified’ as gluten-free and some may contain gluten (i.e. wheat germ).
Advice from Medical consultants have stated that gluten would need to be present at a sufficient level and ingested/digested through the stomach to damage the villi in the bowel. Products being absorbed through the skin cannot do damage to the bowel or cause a gluten reaction. Any reaction would possibly be the result of a skin condition or severe allergy to another ingredient. Gluten free conditions are managed through Diet.
